📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain comprehensive equipment documentation, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and calibration records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
• Support the operational team by providing accurate and up-to-date information on equipment status and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize equipment maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement procedures for equipment documentation and record-keeping.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on equipment documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant administration or equipment documentation.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and documentation.
• Experience with plant maintenance software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in ISO 45001 or equivalent safety management systems is a plus.
