📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate children's physical and developmental needs using standardized tools such as the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) and Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory (PEDI).
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each child's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques and technology.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions, to improve children's mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Monitor and document children's progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate parents and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies to support their child's recovery at home.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with the latest research and best practices in pediatric physiotherapy.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric physiotherapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Certification as a Pediatric Physiotherapist from a recognized professional organization, such as the Indonesian Society of Physiotherapy (SIPI).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with parents and colleagues.
• Strong understanding of child development and pediatric-specific conditions, such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and spinal cord injuries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Valid work permit and medical license to practice in Indonesia.
