📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the mechanical and repair operations, ensuring that all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Manage and optimize the logistics chain, from vehicle importation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Implement and monitor operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
• Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical and repair operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive logistics and supply chain management.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
