📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks on construction sites.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of employees and contractors.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on HSE best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management and pollution control.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE to continuously improve our processes and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, with a focus on construction projects.
• Certification in HSE, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and standards.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to travel to construction sites as needed.
