📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of health services, ensuring compliance with national and regional health regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and accessibility of public health services.
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with community leaders, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to address public health challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of health programs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Represent the Regional Health Department at regional and national health conferences and forums.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment in all health facilities under your supervision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners to enhance the delivery of health services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record in public health service delivery.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of national and regional health policies and regulations.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning for healthcare services.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
