📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including conducting interviews, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Resolve workplace conflicts and grievances
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Develop and implement employee training programs
• Monitor and report on workplace safety and health metrics
• Work closely with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain and update employee records and files
• Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
• Certification in labor relations or HR management is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
