📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from employees.
• Create and update learning materials using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate.
• Support the implementation of e-learning initiatives using platforms like Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external training providers.
• Participate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Contribute to the development of learning and development strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
