📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver welding courses in SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW/TIG, including both theoretical and practical training.

• Conduct pre- and post-course assessments to evaluate student progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Welding Instructor (CWI) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding and welding instruction.
• Proven track record of teaching and mentoring welding students.
• Strong knowledge of SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW/TIG welding processes.
• Familiarity with welding software and equipment, such as welding machines, torches, and safety gear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
