📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Optimize revenue management and cost control to ensure financial sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Collaborate with the hotel's executive team to achieve overall business objectives.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a 5-star hotel or similar high-end establishment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
