📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours and special events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and high-quality food and beverages.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets its targets.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring high standards of service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
• Knowledge of Balinese cuisine and fine dining standards is beneficial.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
