📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the skills and qualifications required for each role.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Organize and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and assessments.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
