The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay at our spa, which specializes in lymphatic massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience for all guests.,Assist in the delivery of lymphatic massage and TCM treatments, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.,Manage guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.,Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.,Promote the spa's services and products to guests, upselling when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.,Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to all health and safety protocols, as well as spa policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality or wellness industry, preferably in a spa setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.,Knowledge of lymphatic massage and TCM techniques is a plus.,Familiarity with spa equipment and tools, as well as basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proven ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
