📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ensuring timely restocking.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent quality of food preparation.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements and allergies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
