📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements,Provide financial advice and support to department heads,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Collaborate with the audit team to prepare for audits,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
