📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct routine inspections and site visits to assess infrastructure health and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, with a focus on IT systems.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance projects and coordinating with vendors.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure maintenance (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
