📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design relevant programs to address them,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide appropriate solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
