📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality hiring experience.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Source and screen candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
