📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and staff to achieve production targets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks.,Implement and monitor production schedules and inventory management systems.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Manage and resolve production-related issues and conflicts within the team.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills with a strong ability to mentor and develop team members.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
