📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
