📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of 15-20 employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
• Proficient in both Indonesian and Korean languages, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid SIM card and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
