In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data services, and driving the success of our business in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the data or business services industry.,Strong understanding of data management and analysis principles.,Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with data management software and tools is a plus.
