📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct site inspections, review project progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them in your projects.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
