Agung Vera Health Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Banquet Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various events and gatherings, ensuring they run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for each event.,Assist in setting up and breaking down event decorations, tables, and equipment.,Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities run according to schedule.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a bonus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented.
