📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing ship operations and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.,Monitor and maintain ship's safety and security systems.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth daily operations.,Assist in planning and executing navigation routes.,Handle crew scheduling and leave management.,Assist in maintaining and updating ship's documentation.,Support the Captain in decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role.,Valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) certification.,Good knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with ship's safety and security systems.,Basic knowledge of navigation and ship handling.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
