📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials.,Provide support to the sales and marketing teams with technical content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
