Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and support student success.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to contribute to the overall educational experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
