📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Manage a team of sales consultants and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
