📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English and Indonesian
