📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and reports between Indonesian and Mandarin accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in interpreting during meetings and calls to ensure clear communication between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between our team and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure that all communication materials are culturally appropriate and effective.
• Stay updated on industry trends and terminology to maintain accurate and relevant translations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Provide feedback on translation quality and suggest improvements when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of mining industry terminology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a translator, preferably in the mining industry.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Certification in Mandarin translation or interpretation is a plus.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
